Pros
I felt like I was apart of a little family. I still keep in contact and drop into store every so often to see how things are going. I loved the welcoming work environment and also the fact that they provide the uniform for you. Also the benifits that they offer to staff is pretty cool! I loved working for this company and the great work environment made it very hard to leave.
Cons
The only con would be that there isn't much room for moving up within because managers hardly ever change around because they love working for the company.
