• Nice, relaxed work atmosphere, good colleagues, this place attracts cool people • My position (CSR) is straightforward, which I appreciate • Interesting and quite specific market and demographics to work with • Nice office and facilities

Cons

• Salary isn't competitive • Employee job satisfaction and similar metrics are not being tracked or asked for • Company tries to evolve too quick in some ways (allowing markets to grow while not growing staff to handle pressure), while remaining unbearably stagnant in other ways (marketing ONLY the classic clog style)
