      Pros

      Easy, international atmosphere at work with friendly colleagues in CS. Company sponsored social event for all employees with drinks and finger foods every second Friday. Discount on Crocs. Simple, straightforward job.

      Cons

      Simple, straightforward job w/o challenge. Lots of quality problems with Crocs products that customers can complain about due to poor quality control. Lethargic management with little interest to make a real change, only trying to cover their bases and have a simple and secure job.

      Great corp. culture, since Russian branch given responsibilities for expanding to CIS markets company provides large opportunities for internal growth

      They were flexible with my school schedule.

      Cons

      When I first started working there we were in storage unit with no access to water. We had to drive to and from the storage unit and to the store. We were never reimbursed for the mileage nor told in advance that we would have to fund travel expenses. Oh and if you do well, instead of giving you a bonus, they give you a pair of shoes. NO crocs, I don't want any more of your painstakingly ugly shoes. Overall this place takes advantage of high school students who are not really aware of their rights. I'm glad I left and I recently heard that they are being sued.
