Re-energized leadership team, internal complexities removed, great products, widely recognized brand, headquarters office in beautiful Colorado. I would encourage anyone seeking a new opportunity with a great brand that still provides an entrepreneurial environment to give crocs a try.

Cons

These new strategies and leadership teams have yet to prove their effectiveness. In fact, there are many new members at all levels of the organization. Great potential, but these new Individuals are unproven as a new Team.
