In the time that I worked there, I always had great team mates. They hired great people. - good opportunities to move up in position - learning environment and pushed to learn and do more to grow into the higher position - flexible schedule - fun products and easy to get a grip on product knowledge in short amount of time with a part time schedule

Cons

- sometimes you can be put in situations that you are doing more than what is in your job description - can be unorganized at times with the team support, with such high turn over rate and constantly retraining new people
