      Pros

      The company culture is fun and casual. They stress the importance of a work-life balance, and I really feel like being yourself is a big part of the job. I also, of course, love my co-workers, and that helps so much.

      Cons

      The things I complain about most often are definitely rude customers, but that has nothing to do with the company. I would love a raise, of course, but who wouldn't?

      Pros

      Free shoes, good discount, nice product. Fun environment as long as your not in a temporary store.

      Cons

      Horrible upper management. No communication. Will ignore you completely. No connection since the new corporate cons moved in.

      Pros

      Their shoes weigh nothing so doing stock and merchandising is easy.

      Cons

      Having to deal with stupid people and stupid managers, if you are not in the "Cool club" you are not going anywhere, but thats probably a good thing considering its retail.
