- casual office culture - international working environment - flexible working time/home office

Cons

- communication across departments sometimes is not optimal. - constantly changing company strategies. - entry level employees are often overlooked, even though they are the direct contacts with stores or the first line executor of a changed policy. This usually caused confusion and diminished motivation.
