      Pros

      The shoes are out of this world comfortable. Free shoes when you're hired, and 4-8 times year a deep discount on an extra pair or another free pair. Company is restructuring and introducing a lot of streamlining processes. Training programs are getting better. Love working here!

      Cons

      The changes are not always a clean roll out. Management changes and their typical gripes from most retail stores. Overall, no break the deal type of cons.
