      Pros

      Decent cafeteria with options. There are some nice people who work at Crocs... outside the Finance department where management never offers to take on any workload.

      Cons

      Bonus, based on company metrics, was way less than stated during interview. Was low-balled at offer, promised raises, and advised I would have to take on the job that is the equivalent of 4 people to get a promotion. Brow-nosing required for anything. Cant rely on peers or management for help in running reports or projects. Intermediate management likes to just take credit.
