Cons

no training or structure, they expect you to know everything already the first day. Very negative atmosphere. Employees are not valued or recognized. Salaries are low.

The company didn't reference check employees for higher positions, we had an area manager that was a complete waste of space for 1.5 years, and in a 3 year period, went through 4 different area managers.
