Fun Company, great product. Company has a little incentive.

Cons

Horrible pay, compared to the market. The area sales leaders, the district managers, are very clicky. They are rude, unhelpful and play favorites. They complain to associates about managers who lack but never do anything about it. They lie. They do not support their associates. They spy on the associates by watching the cameras and listening in on private conversations while they're at home.
