      No hard selling required, good marketing creates demand for plastic shoes. Fun relaxed clientele and in-store atmosphere.

      Cons

      Management's "clique" mentality, constant turn-over, no accountability for bad management.

      Pros

      I was able to make my own schedule for the most part. I managed all shifts in their 24/7 facility. This allowed me to come in early and leave early or come in later in the day.

      Cons

      Was on call 24 hours. Corporate had a lot of management changes. This was in going until the day I left the company. It made everyone feel uneasy when HR would be onsite.
