Flexible hours, you put your own schedule, which could vary by management but usually, it is pretty flexible. The culture is nice, they care about the safety of their employees, and hr takes complaints really seriously.

Cons

low pay, working on weekends, not much room for advancement or salary increase. Some managers can be a pain.
