Amazing discount. Free shoes every so often. Can be very relaxed. Decent incentives.

Cons

Management likes to take credit for the work that sales associates and leads do. They receive bonuses for amazing sales and numbers but yet they contribute very little to nothing. Raises are very rare. Very little room to grow. Favoritism.
