You are treated like a disposable employee. You can be making sales plan but if your not selling 10 percent in kids charms you are treated like a failure who needs to be terminated. Very bias clicky enviorment amoung district managers. You youre in the dms click numbers dont matter but if you are not then watch out. They will find excuses to fire even ling term great managers. This was the worst retail managment job in my 20 plus years of running retail stores.
