There is a lot to learn and for you to grow personally. Though you will experience both positive and negatives

Cons

Such a high turnover rate. In my 4 years with Crocs, I went through 9 managers. None of which lasted for more than 4-5 months. It got old get used to a new manager and how they wanted their vision and then suddenly they are gone.
