Pros

Strong Brand. Very marketable and fun to run a business for. Colleagues are smart and great critical thinkers. The company gets to recruit all-star talent.

Cons

Inhuman treatment of employees. They penalize you for covid-related concerns financially, instead of supporting you. All employee needs and requirements are shouldered by the employee without reimbursements (eg even watercooler refills are charged to employee). They want all-star marketing but are not willing to spend for it nor are they willing to cooperate investing in essential tools.
