Enormous disappointment

Pros

Ice cream Thursdays and corn hole.

Cons

Crocs has been an enormous disappointment. It is the worst management and company I have ever worked for. There is no training, yet you are expected to know everything about your job on day one. Basic useful information does not exist and countless hours are spent trying to obtain answers just to do your job. The employees who have been here for a long time and have the knowledge/tools/information, refuse to help and simply let the new people struggle. Forget talking to anyone in human resources. They are a terribly unhelpful group and rarely return phone calls or respond to emails. None of them are friendly and they seem downright miserable - like it's a chore for them to even say "hi". The management team makes awesome salaries and bonuses while paying the rest of us way below market. Management members don't listen and tend to be exceedingly rude and dismissive towards the employees. Crocs is supposed to be "FUN" (one of their supposed values), but it is far from it. People here are miserable and on edge. Too many bad business decisions and mistakes are made every day. It's sickening to witness. There's much more, but I won't waste any more time. I need to find another job because I am not going down with this doomed ship.

Manipulation abound

Pros

comfy shoes, gym, ice cream in the summer

Cons

Amazing how all these positive reviews have popped up a week after a solicitous email was sent to the hand picked "yes men." Don't be fooled - they are only stroking their own egos - take a look at the stock if you want to know how this company is doing.

Pros

Great product. Great people in the trenches. Boulder. Ton of potential. Global Brand. Balanced global sales.

Cons

C team is weak - they don't know how to run a product company. They claim to be ops experts, but the operations are lacking. The CEO is a bully who has no vision on how to get this company turned around. The stock has been down for 2 years while the sales/revenues continue to rise. He has failed to make any moves to turn around this situation. His solution is to scream at people and constantly change his mind. There is not trust with anyone below him and he does not know what success looks like for Crocs in the next 5 years. There is no solid strategic plan. There is no plan to market the shoes to bring in additional customers. There has been a steady stream of people being hired and then leaving based on their frustrations and constant bullying from the top. They instituted a Golden Parachute for all the C level execs this summer and are now shopping around the company to potential investors to go private. Translation: they want to get out of Crocs with as much money as possible.
