Pros

Crocs has a very fun work culture to be involved in and you get to meet/help many different types of people. You inadvertently learn about how particular people are about their shoes (which could also be a con). Anytime crocs comes out with new shoes, employees are given a free pair to try out to give customers an honest review which I always enjoyed (free shoes are always a plus)

Cons

The obsession with customer service sucked - it's always important to give customers great service in every retail job but the constant expectation that you have to hover and always offer help is not necessary. Having an anxious manager never helped the case, either.

No leadership, managers have bo clue what they are doing, no support, no work to family life balance, and pay is not nearly enough for what you do.
