Poor upper management - worst district is the southwest. No leadership, no support. Not enough payroll. Leadership isn’t interested in any insight, do as i say or get out mentality. Talked down to like a child from upper management. Horrible culture from the top all the way down to stores. Having a leader who t threatens your job is not a leader/manager. Treating all their employees like their replaceable at any given is a horrible way to build culture in your company. Many long term managers share these feelings but are afraid to say anything.
