      Pros

      Not hard work, very easy to do and learn as you go.

      Cons

      Management won't teach you anything, they talk down to you, micromanage the hell out of you, and if you don't say yes to every offer for more hours they don't like you. Here's a big favoritism problem and the managers are cliquey and don't talk to associates.
