Management is absolutely blind and not skilled enough to see what's going on, same processes since 10+years eventough they are one of the fastest growing companies. They promote when you are social not actually on the skills one posses, soul crunching work environment, zero training to advance ones career and fake positivism - absolute mess for any skilled hire. Probably great coming right of of University with zero expectations and previous skills so they can mold you into their mess.
