      Pros

      Nice facilities, good management, good benefits, opportunities for growth, good work-life balance, great co-workers, fast paced, never a dull moment.

      Cons

      If you believe that you are "doing something good for humanity" by working at a medical device company, you are right. But remember, it's just another share-holder driven large corporation focused on making maximum profit margins this quarter.

      Everyone is really nice. Its a great environment to get to learn and ask questions.

      Cons

      The location of the plants themselves can be in areas that are less populated with less to do. Something to look out for if you are an extroverted young professional.
