      Pros

      Allowed me to apply my engineering skills. Project team I was working with met every day for updates so everybody was really transparent and open. Company has a very diverse culture, both old and young. A lot of value in the products I got to work with so the work was very motivating.

      Cons

      Had to be let go/end contract due to money not flowing into department. Wished they assigned my desk close to the project team I was working with.

      Pros

      Large and aggressive organization with some of the best globally recognized Medical Device products/brands.

      Cons

      Poor current management that inherited a well managed organization and superior products from previous management. This is the only reason why they have been successful YTD. Only concern is own personal success. Teamwork is secondary to non existent. Within the Supplies GBU no opportunity for career development.

      Benefits are good good wages for Florida syringe is a good area to work in

      Cons

      Too much overtime. Have babysitters to watch other people so they can get in trouble. Been there 29 years and in 29 years I don't need a babysitter
