good work life balance in some teams. offer good package when they need someone urgently or when they not able to higher any resource for longer duration. annual hike is almost same for non performer and good performer. Product portfolio is good if you are working with global business units.

Cons

Highly unprofessional managers and directors, they just like the people who do buttering of them. Managers and directors are technically challenged and they never like technical people nearby.

Compensation. Pay comparable to market. Incentives really good. Vacation time offered comparable to other labor markets. Holidays and personnel time is ok.

Cons

Overly demanding, stressful environment and culture. Lacking true people leadership. Back stabbing, immature leaders. Don't lead by example.
