      Pros

      Overall, it's a very good company who provides decent salary and benefit. There are lots of opportunities if you are willing to relocate.

      Cons

      Being a big size company, everything moves very slow. No wonder why big companies are bad at new product development. Colleagues who worked in other big companies said that Covidien (now part of Medtronic) is not that bureaucratic.

      There is a very diverse workforce, interesting projects to work on, and a lot of opportunities within the company.

      Cons

      Morale varies significantly from department to department. The workload is more than reasonable on a regular basis. Not all managers assist or support employees personal growth.
