      Pros

      new evolving organisation , lot of visibility and incentivisation from management on accomplishing goal/ targeted numbers . New initiatives taken on Business development through education.

      Cons

      Highly political organisation at all even Esp at Leaders level . Too many business directors ( business tags ) offered with no equal match of competencies exhibited by them . Typically sales organisation with no nostrong value and ethics system intact.

      Pros

      A lot of good hourly employees and a few great salary engineers who give it their best against the odds.

      Cons

      Lots of management but no real leaders anymore. Management doesn't even pretend to care about hourly employees. Corporate talks the talk but the plant doesn't even try to follow the messages we hear. Many good engineers and hourly leave after burning out. Office does not exist to serve and support operations but to make their own jobs easier.

      May be requested to work long hours especially during month end which can be difficult at times but overall a great place to work
