      Pros

      Pretty good benefits package: 401k match, health insurance, vacation and holidays, etc. Some good, intelligent people work there. Get to work for one of the larger Medical Device manufacturers.

      Cons

      At least in quality, it was terrible. But I have a feeling that is true everywhere. Very understaffed in our department. Middle-management caved to upper-management and more and more work was dropped on to us without getting any compensation or help. Really not an enjoyable experience.

      they do not promote fairly, only promote people they know even if they can't do the job

      Pros

      large company, many division to move to, if you are willing to relocate or if your manager is willing to let you go (managers have to approve all internal transfers)

      Cons

      decision is very centralized, there is no autonomy, internal sales approval process is long and tiring. many middle/senior managers have to approve everything in order to justify their job,.
