      Management they promote are clueless and non deserving of position

      Pros

      Reputable company, global, and recognized name.

      Cons

      They don't promote people the way they should or offer positions in other entities before they downsize a work force in a different area to offer them a job...This could be done with as much talent as they have. They seem to be low in compensation.

      Pros

      free coffee, fitness center, flexible with the hours if you have appointments, benefits are okay; nothing great, some employee discounts

      Cons

      No career development, especially if you're in certain non-management roles. No support in any way (ie. management, HR, etc.). Bad behavior is rewarded. Those that do the least get the most. Promotions are based on who you know and not on performance. No leadership. No communication. Everyone seems to do things their own way; no collaboration. SOP's are treated as suggestions and not as operating procedures that should be followed. Not given the tools to be completely functional in your role.
