      Great step into OR sales

      Pros

      Can get all of the OR device sales experience and training which enables you to move into bigger opportunities down the line.

      Cons

      Recent upper management changes in this division are starting to affect the company. To much movement, jockeying and changes in management style that has worked for a number of years has started to encourage successful managers and reps to leave for other opportunities.

      Pros

      Benefits are very good, most of the employees are great and the work is interesting.nice campus. close to the highway.

      Cons

      all flows down hill and no recognition for job performance - i.e. no one can exceed job standard. HR is all but non-existent, upper management has no clue to what the employees below are dealing with.
