      Pros

      Pros were great tuition reimbursement, a stable job (at the time) and good benefits. Most of the employees were great to work with.

      Cons

      Management consistently contradicts themselves. They are constantly pushing for lean management yet will only support numbers based outcomes.

      Compensation. Pay comparable to market. Incentives really good. Vacation time offered comparable to other labor markets. Holidays and personnel time is ok.

      Cons

      Overly demanding, stressful environment and culture. Lacking true people leadership. Back stabbing, immature leaders. Don't lead by example.
