      Good in short term execution but lacks longer term strategy

      Pros

      - good execution - good products - people know their business

      Cons

      - obsessed about the quarter performance which has a direct impact on ability to think longer term - leaders are all ex-sales guys... nothing bad about that, but their strategic mindset and vision is very low at best - no training and development for Manager / Director level... only training for sales teams or a few executives, but nothing in between... really poor company for personal development - internal processes really bad (especially HR which is fully managed on the web... amazing)

      Pros

      Medical products is stable. Exposure to a lot of different functions within the couple to develop skill sets.

      Cons

      Limited opportunity for growth, pay is does not account for cost of living and in some cases below market value. Very high expectations and minimal direction.
