good work life balance in some teams. offer good package when they need someone urgently or when they not able to higher any resource for longer duration. annual hike is almost same for non performer and good performer. Product portfolio is good if you are working with global business units.

Cons

Highly unprofessional managers and directors, they just like the people who do buttering of them. Managers and directors are technically challenged and they never like technical people nearby.

Lots of challenging work, lots of talented friendly people trying hard to do the right thing, great IT support, great facilities, free coffee, tea, hot chocolate.

Cons

Arms-length back-door management style, leading to lack of understanding and leadership, resulting in poor planning and support. Complicated business processes - lack of lean practices causing work without traction.
