Pros

Lots of opportunities to advance and a strong healthcare culture. I have met so many amazing colleagues and people are willing to share their expertise. I am proud to work for Covidien and plan to stay here for years to come!

Cons

The pace at Covidien is not for everyone. The company expects a lot and I've had to work harder here than at any other job.

Pros

Friendly people, very nice environment to work in with the new building and all. People are dedicated to their job and committed to push the company to the next level. Free coffee and other hot beverages was a definite plus.

Cons

While I was there the company was being restructured so a lot of faces came and went. The cafeteria is lackluster to say the least and pretty expensive in that regard.
