Easy, repetitive work, supported training, laid back environment.

Cons

Zero performance feedback, low pay, long hours, 10 days off per year for temps, the lead in C! area is egotistical and self serving, is only concerned with self promotion and nothing else, micro-managed, political, and only hires "favorites"
