Pros

The division of Covidien I was in had a great winning culture. There was a real team atmosphere. We took a lot of market share in very mature markets.

Cons

This changed dramatically when Medtronic acquired Covidien. The new management preferred an atmosphere of intimidation. There has been four restructurings in the past 18 months.

Good friends. The pay,and benefits I am about to receive, where you are located The time it takes to get their. Yehaw.

Cons

Pay. That I have to write twenty words . Being unemployed myself. I still have things to do around my house.
