      Pros

      Used to be an amaxing company that cared about it's employees. Since Metronic acquired the Company it has been a nightmare. The employees used to smile and care about helping each other. Now it is a care-less, cut-throat, cheap-pay mentality.

      Cons

      Disorganization, heavy workload, only care about budgets and "this is how we have always done it" attitude.
