Great multicutural team, amazing atmosphere, no hidden agendas, senior management very approachable. Excellent place to start carrrer.

Cons

No carrer progression, treated like children, always a battle to book holidays. Company culture non existent.

Pros

The workers are very friendly once you get to know them. Pay and benefits are decent once you become a permanent worker.

Cons

It's a sterile environment and being inside for 8-10 hours can really mess with your head. Lead members can be demanding in order to reach the production numbers.

Cons

Was sold to other big company and they eliminated a lot of positions with the integration process. In the process they let behind a lot of talent.
