      Pros

      Summer hours. 4 weeks of PTO. Young, friendly, energetic group of co-workers. Employee stock purchase program available. Ample opportunities for experience and growth if you are favored but only to a certain extent.

      Cons

      Parking sucks. 401k matching is based off of the performance of the company. Management does not care about their employees. If you are not well-liked or favored by management, there are no opportunities or room for growth. Managers of all levels are ridiculously disrespectful and immature. High turnover rate. Do not expect to leave on good terms. Resignations are taken personally and managers taint the departing employee's reputation with gossip and rumors. Unprofessional behavior displayed at all levels.
