Great culture and people. Focused on quality products.Strong in lean thinking, but varies by area and manager preference.

Cons

Recent changes in methods of running business are not well thought-through. Many supervisory positions are filled with former soldiers who blindly follow orders. A tested well working system when the company was named Valleylab has been transformed into an out of control running train with focus on profits. Recent management changes seem to favor personal relationships.

VP of Operations is a slash and burn intimidator who discriminates against age and gender. If you are a female or over 40 and are a engineer, cost accountant, production supervisor or manager - look out!!
