      Everyone is helpful from management to hourly workers and even maintenance crew. Small community within the small community of Hobart, NY

      A lot of red tapes to get simple things accomplished.

      Pros

      Covidien is a comprised of many Healthcare Divisions and provides opportunity for advancement. It provides excellent resources to advance your career if you are willing to put in the time and effort. Covidien is a great place to work but plan on long hours and managing life/work balance.

      Cons

      Covidien struggles with contracts, pricing. Slow process involved in putting together these contracts. Have lost potential big customers due to this. Response time is very slow in customer service requests. Poor Strategy and Communication between divisions. Little to no collaboration with divisions.
