Good people to work with. There is much Opportunity for growth. Ability to move to many different areas within the company.

Cons

As in any company the work environment can depend a great dael on the group you are in. Some of the groups can be overly competetive

Pros

We have a good pay scale, and we have some teams out there. We can take pride in knowing we are helping our customers

Cons

They switched our health insurance to one that even the doctors don't like. We have no sick days so you are suppose to use your Vacation time for that. And right now we are feeling that no one is being honest about what is really going on with our plant. We have Supervisors that don't even know what their crews are producing. Never on the floor to know the processes!
