Pros
The best part of the organizaiton is the people. I found that they were dedicated to the business and to the clinical benefits of their products.
Cons
Like most large organizations, I found it to be a very political environment. Also, the people who were selected for promotion seemed to be promoted based more on their political prowess, rather their their actual skill or ability. No surprise there, that's the way of large organizations.
