      There is a good work-life balance. The opportunities are good for moving up in the company.

      There is a lot of seperation between staff and hourly employees. Workers in general are only somewhat satisfied.

      The people were wonderful to work with and if you are a go-getter, opportunities for advancement and growth are available.

      Cons

      Communication regarding reorganizational changes within the company was not well communicated. Everyone wants to be aware of changes, no matter what a person's title.
