      Learned to hone skill sets and developed key external relationships.

      Cons

      No direct career path, first line management male dominated, hard to see how they were developing people, senior leadership appeared to have limited strategies, and changed direction every quarter, high turn over

      Overall, an OK company to work for, depending on the site you work at.

      Pros

      Training is good as well as pay. Bonus is reflective of how well site does, so bonus can be good depending on the success of the site.

      Cons

      Opportunities to develop professionally is hindered. A lot of politics and favoritism exists within certain groups. Difficult to move to other departments

      Pros

      Some people have the opportunity to receive a lot of training. The company is profitable. There are a number of locations that you can work at.

      Cons

      Emphasis on profit often outweighs doing the right thing. Although it is a global company, there is very little ability to transfer overseas or to another division making the company a lot smaller than you think.
