      Pros

      Inital training programme is excellent - although perhaps not totally relevant. Nice company car. Decent lunch allowance. Unfortuantely - not a lot else.

      Cons

      Managers favour certain individuals - promotions are based on popularity and tenure rather than competence. Salary is inconsistant within teams. Direct management uses fear tactics. Unprofessional feel

      Great compensation - salary and benefits and PTO Work with very smart people Be a part of a $10 billion company

      Cons

      Highly political and cut-throat Not a transparent company at all (only inner-circle favorites are promoted and not let go) Unclear company and business area vision and mission Lack of focus on the patient and on the clinical side of the business Poor support for the employee
