lack of decision making, far too many meetings not enough action, very poor attitude towards the most important stakeholders - customers. Inability to market innovation without buying companies who have done this for them, inability to retain talent, inability to take any sort of risk, extreme politics, high turnover of staff, inability to be yourself and work in a relaxed team, lack of communication, excessive report writing and complicated internal paperwork and policies - especially expenses claims, Management have a detached relationship with employees - complex internal law and anti trust policies, and constant change all resulting in stress and lack of job security.

bad attitudes, and non-tranparency leadership...no one in the office is knowledgeable. everyone has a different idea on how to do things.
