      Going down hill fast in the last 2 years

      Pros

      Benefits are very good, most of the employees are great and the work is interesting.nice campus. close to the highway.

      Cons

      all flows down hill and no recognition for job performance - i.e. no one can exceed job standard. HR is all but non-existent, upper management has no clue to what the employees below are dealing with.

      Pros

      Decent benefit package. Limited resources combined with multiple priorities create a challenging environment that you can really stand out and apart from the rest, if you meet your objective.

      Cons

      Constant changes and conflicts in focus and priorities make it difficult to finish anything. Extremely weak foundation to build an environment of continuous improvement. Sustaining improvements is not valued, only new change.
