      Good in short term execution but lacks longer term strategy

      Pros

      - good execution - good products - people know their business

      Cons

      - obsessed about the quarter performance which has a direct impact on ability to think longer term - leaders are all ex-sales guys... nothing bad about that, but their strategic mindset and vision is very low at best - no training and development for Manager / Director level... only training for sales teams or a few executives, but nothing in between... really poor company for personal development - internal processes really bad (especially HR which is fully managed on the web... amazing)

      Chance to work through the ranks to become a valued profeaional. Good benefits with decent pay.

      Cons

      A ton of bureaucracy. Nothing can be done quickly and on time. This is on a plant level as well as corporate.
