      Pros

      There are plenty good people there, if utilized properly, and not used, Pay is alright, medical, and dental, vision benefits, and 401k available. Tuition Reimbursement available.

      Cons

      Not always given the information or resources to perform effectively in your role. A lot of subcultures exist, some people do not share information that can help you in your job, many people feel management doesn't care about them (though not the case with all managers). Bad behavior is rewarded, and protected, abusive behavior goes unchecked. Your Rights are not always upheld.

      Pros

      Friendly people, very nice environment to work in with the new building and all. People are dedicated to their job and committed to push the company to the next level. Free coffee and other hot beverages was a definite plus.

      Cons

      While I was there the company was being restructured so a lot of faces came and went. The cafeteria is lackluster to say the least and pretty expensive in that regard.
